20.05.2020 the project team "New horizons of culture" under the leadership of the Vice-rector of the Karelian Institute of education development Elena Bogdanova actively discussed the organization of upcoming planned events: the beginning and organization of training for the target group of the project.
The project partners took part in the joint work: Director of the Petrozavodsk music College L. Kholodkova, project expert L.Pavlova, heads of directions and experts from the Karelian Institute of education development.
Heads of departments and experts informed about the work done over the previous week.
M. Kuzmenko reported on the content of the analytical report on the synthesis of the obtained monitoring data. E. G. Bogdanova corrected the structural elements of the future report in the direction of "Monitoring research" and invited the experts of the Petrozavodsk music College to Supplement the analytical reference with data from their organization for a broader coverage of the research issue.
The head of the direction I. Zabrodina told about the course program in a remote format, planned for the first decade of June.
Expert T. Gavrilova analyzed existing Internet resources in order to use them in working with teachers and parents of children with special educational needs.
The project team has adjusted important events for the next week. A working meeting of the project team will be held at the Karelian Institute for educational development.
S.Gurshtyn informed about the information coverage of the project in social networks and on the websites of institutions, and suggested that the information resources of the pilot educational organizations of the project "New horizons of culture"should also be included.
E. Bogdanova suggested continuing to use the Zoom and Skype platforms to discuss joint actions and rapid exchange of results, as well as to comply with restrictive measures during the coronavirus pandemic.
