Kantele-GO! masterclass in the House of Crafts

Kantele master class at the House of Crafts

Kantele master class was held at the Kantele Ensemble Historic Costume exhibition in the House of Crafts in Petrozavodsk on February 26, 2021. Students of the Folk music  department of the Petrozavodsk State Glazunov Conservatoire studied a new traditional tune on 5 -string kantele. Kantele teacher Tatiana Trunova offered to students a famous kantele piece "Engelska" by Finnish kantele player Antti Rantanen, which was also used by the Kantele-GO! project in joint concerts with Finnish kantele players.
