The 2nd Arctic Project Clustering Event in November 7th, 2018

The Arctic Cooperation Programmes – Northern Periphery and Arctic Programme, Interreg Nord, Interreg Botnia-Atlantica, Kolarctic CBC and Karelia CBC – invite you to the 2nd Arctic Project Clustering Event on the 7th of November in Rovaniemi, Finland.
This cross-programme collaboration is encouraged and mandated by the European Commission and aims at closer cooperation in the European Arctic. The aim of the event is to provide specialists and projects with a forum to meet each other, share experiences and find synergies, new partnerships and possibilities for cooperation. There will also be discussion on Post-2020.

Additionally there will be a Cluster Event of Arctic Smartness held in Rovaniemi in the previous day, November 6th. Arctic Smartness is a common platform for activities related to the Regional Smart Specialization Strategy of Lapland. These two events are arranged back-to-back.
