Kantele arrangements by Anastasia Salo

On March 27, 2021 kantele teachers and leaders of kantele ensembles from the Republic of Karelia had a chance to take part in a master class on kantele arrangements.

The master class was delivered by a composer Anastasia Salo, the head of the Composers' Association of the Republic of Karelia, the member of the Society of Finnish Composers, the laureate of numerous international music competitions. Participants of the Kantele-GO! project got to know the main principles of creating an arrangement of a music composition and practiced their new skills by performing a joint improvisation.
