Volunteers at the Transfiguration Day (Kizhi Island)
On August, 19 the main temple festival – Transfiguration Day took place on the Kizhi Island, traditionally it coincided with the Kizhi Volost Day.
Within our project, the volunteers came to Kizhi and helped during the celebration: they organized the separate waste collection after joint Zaonezhye meal.
