Our project and the International Children`s Day on Kizhi Island

Children on the Festive on Kizhi Island

The traditional children festive on Kizhi Island took place on June, 1 and it was attended by almost 600 kids and adults. This year the theme was «Treasure Island». And, there are plenty of them on Kizhi: Kizhi architectural ensemble, peasant house, icons, sauna, smithy, Kizhi boat, bells, slanting fence and many other things.

Within the SUPER project, Department of nature conservation representatives told the young «treasure hunters» about the Island ecology and the importance of separate waste collection.
