Petrozavodsk art residency`s official opening

The opening of the art residence Petrozavodsk took place on September 29. The residence is located in stand-alone two-storeyed building of 1775 year built (cultural heritage object) in the historical part of the city, in the centre of Petrozavodsk (Lenin square, 2A).

The project manager Alexey Tigushkin, project coordinator Yulia Korableva and project expert Sergey Terentjev showed the premises of the Petrozavodsk art residency, told about the project's achievements and the planned goals of the Karelian art residency network. Ekaterina Kulieva showed the possibilities of the Sortavala art residency online. Kostomuksha art residency was presented in video. The opening ceremony was attended by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of the Republic of Karelia and heads of government bodies of the Republic of Karelia.
