ПРОЕКТ BUSY НА МОЛОДЕЖНОМ ЭКОНОМИЧЕСКОМ ФОРУМЕ

On November 5-7, the Youth Economic Forum "Business of the Future" was held in Petrozavodsk. The event was organized by the Development Corporation of the Republic of Karelia. The Youth Economic Forum has established itself as one of the largest youth events in the region. It is carried out within the framework of the federal project “Promotion of Entrepreneurship” and is aimed at involving the young generation of Petrozavodsk residents and residents of the Republic of Karelia in entrepreneurial activity. The main idea of ​​the event is the creation of discussion platforms for the theoretical and practical aspects of entrepreneurship. The business program of the forum is designed for three days.

On the first day of the forum, November 5, the participants (school students, students, beginners and active young entrepreneurs), in addition to the reports from experts, got acquainted with the experience of youth entrepreneurship in the Oulu region (Finland), the results of a survey within the theme “Development of youth entrepreneurship” and the opportunities that the project "BUSУ: Business for Youth" offers to young entrepreneurs.

 

The large-scale event was held at the Karelian State Philharmonic Hall on November 6 - the My Business forum. Experts told about personal success stories, shared with their guests their experience of building business, the secrets of building an effective team.

On November 7, BUSY project team organized a round table on the topic "International cooperation and attracting investments". The speaker of the round table was Dmitry Veselov, Vice-President of the All-Russian Public Organization “Investment Russia”, Member of the Board of Directors and Head of the Buy / Sell Business and Fundraising Division of the St. Petersburg Union of Entrepreneurs, Chairman of the Investment Commission of OPORA RUSSIA in St. Petersburg.

During the round table program, participants learned:

💡How to find a potential investor and partners from Finland
💡 What actions to take to become a participant in international training at the University of Applied Sciences (Oulu, Finland), to get acquainted with modern networking spaces.

 

The participants were also able to present their business projects and receive recommendations from an invited expert.
